About the Program

Mr. Morrow will provide information on how to adapt traditional AB trusts as well as existing irrevocable trusts and LLCs for optimal basis planning. Learn to strategically use the Delaware Tax Trap, formula general powers of appointment and (surprisingly) disclaimers to increase basis. Learn how many clients may also plan "upstream" to achieve basis increases at an older beneficiary's death.
