Alethea Teh Busken, Esq.

Alethea Teh Busken joined Johnson Trust Company in November 2021 as Trust Counsel. Before coming to Johnson, she was an attorney in the estate planning practice group at Kohnen & Patton, LLP in Cincinnati. Alethea earned her law degree at NKU Salmon P.
Chase College of Law, and undergraduate degrees in Spanish and Sociology from Brigham Young University. Born and raised in
Bloomington, Indiana, she considers herself a walking melting pot with Midwestern roots. Alethea is a board member of the Northern Kentucky Children’s Law Center in Covington, Kentucky, and serves on the YWCA Racial Justice Committee in Cincinnati. She lives in Madeira with her daughter, to whom she is devoted. Alethea is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky.

Bob Carroll is the Managing Director in the firm’s Cincinnati office. He actively listens and discovers what issues are most important to his client. Bob focuses on the unique financial planning and wealth management needs of his clients and their families. As a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™, Bob has developed a specialty in helping clients before, during, and after divorce.
After beginning his career as a Certified Public Accountant at the Cincinnati office of Ernst & Young, he was an executive officer of Fifth Third Bank in the areas of audit, credit risk, mergers/acquisitions, and enterprise risk management. With his professional experience, Bob brings a depth of understanding to a wide range of financial topics for both individuals and businesses.

Mary Ellen Malas focuses her practice on Domestic Relations and Family Law matters.
